Welcome to Growing Forward
We support people in Nottingham to improve their mental and physical wellbeing through gardening activities in small groups and one-to-one counselling.
Do you…
- experience anxiety, depression and loneliness?
- feel overwhelmed by big groups?
- find it hard to get out and meet new people?
Would you like to…
- have one-to-one and small group gardening sessions?
- grow flowers and food (no experience needed)?
- get assistance with travel plans?
The aim of Growing Forward is to help you feel less lonely and more able to cope, make friends and discover other groups you can join in your area. You can also increase volunteering and employment potential, build confidence and develop skills.
