We are delighted to say that from this April we are working alongside Emmanuel House Support Centre to deliver group and one-to-one social and therapeutic horticulture sessions at their allotment site in St Ann’s in Nottingham.

These sessions are for people with support needs who may have experienced issues relating to housing, including actual or potential experiences of homelessness. The aim of this is to support improved mental health, build confidence, break down social isolation, build skills and rekindle new or lost interests.

On Friday 8th April Emmanuel House and Growing Forward are holding an open morning at the St Ann’s allotment site (Hungerhill) for anyone who may benefit from taking part in the project or for referrers. We will be there (Carley & Vic) to have a chat to as well as Emmanuel House staff.  If you would like to come along please Call Emmanuel House Support Centre on 0115 9507140.
