Thorn, a Growing Forward volunteer, recently worked with Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) on The Last Photo. This is an exhibition to raise awareness about suicide and how to support people who are are feeling suicidal. This extremely important and personal piece of work for Thorn highlights that by having open, non-judgemental conversations about suicide, we can help save a life.
The exhibition shows the last pictures of people who later took their own lives, along with the story behind the picture as told by family members and friends. Thorn shares a photo of her sister Hanna and you can see Hanna in the video below.
