Our new cycle of summer sessions have begun and we’ve been planting all sorts of flowers and vegetables, from potatoes and tomatoes to fennel and wildflowers.

We’ve also been learning simple grounding techniques and asking the garden what we need for each session – whether this is digging or hedge-trimming to get our muscles moving or to take a slower pace listening to the birds.

There are always different things to do and experience at the Growing Forward garden, whether its something more relaxing or something more active. Being ‘away’ in the garden and having some time for yourself is what matters.
