Windmill Community Gardens

A group of local people, helped by Groundwork Greater Nottingham, resurrecting a wonderful community garden in the heart of the city. The Gardens are a great place where anyone can come to find out more about growing their own food in a changing climate. The group caters for all abilities and welcome any nationality or age group.

Summerwood Community Garden

Clifton’s first Community Garden provides a relaxing environment for local residents and community groups to grow fruit and vegetables in a fun and sociable way. They run a variety of workshops in organic fruit and vegetable growing, wildlife gardening and arts and crafts.

NHS Recovery College

The college offers a range of courses aimed at people who are living with mental health challenges. The courses provide strategies and techniques that students can take away with them and use in their daily lives to promote self-management and recovery.

Refugee Roots is a Christian charity that helps asylum seekers and refugees build relationships and navigate the complexities of building a new life in the UK.

Trust Links is South East Essex’s local independent charity for mental health and wellbeing. We offer therapeutic gardening, recovery classes, social activities, employment training, and more to people living with mental health conditions and for unpaid carers.
